Process Leader at Kalmar County Traffic
Do you want a key role in developing and driving effective working methods that make a real difference in people's everyday lives? Kalmar County Traffic is now looking for a process leader who wants to help implement our process-oriented approach and contribute to achieving the organization's long-term goals.
As a process leader, you work on behalf of process owners and have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and following up on the processes you are responsible for – from strategy to operational reality.
You ensure that the processes are established, purposeful, effective, and followed within the organization. You drive and lead process teams and collaborate with other functions in the organization to ensure quality and goal fulfillment. The role also includes developing goals, metrics, and follow-up structures.
Collaboration with other processes is also central to counteract silo thinking and create effective flows with a focus on the organization's customers.
The transition to a process-oriented working method is a significant change in our organization, and you thrive as a change leader in the role of spreading the process mindset.
About You
We are looking for someone with relevant academic education, at least a bachelor's degree (180 credits), for example in social sciences, economics, or another area deemed equivalent by the employer.
It is a requirement that you have good and documented knowledge of process-oriented working methods, improvement work, and change management.
You have experience leading development work, for example as a business developer, project manager, or strategist, and possess a good understanding of the overall operations and how processes interact. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working systematically with follow-up, analysis, and prioritization.
You have excellent collaboration skills, are service-oriented, and thrive in a role where you work cross-functionally and in dialogue with both managers and employees. You have the ability to create engagement and participation and communicate clearly. In your work, you are quality-conscious, persistent, and structured. We place great importance on personal suitability.
Your Future Workplace
With us, you will be part of an organization that is undergoing development and change, where the transition to a process-oriented working method is an important foundation for creating quality, efficiency, and customer benefit. You will work closely with both operations and management and have good opportunities to influence how we develop our working methods moving forward.
You will be placed in the base unit for Special Passenger Transport, which is responsible for transport services, national transport services, and medical trips. The work is based at Kalmar County Traffic's headquarters in Högsby, but since the operations also exist in Kalmar and Oskarshamn, travel may occur in the course of your duties.
